This photo series shows a limited edition sweater collection of the brand Cleptomanicx in collaboration with the artist and musician Young Meyerlack. The design of the sweater comes from Young Meyerlack himself and is strongly influenced by the hip-hop and skate culture of the nineties. The logo with the lettering WATTBA, which stands for "What A Time To Be Alive", is the title of his recently released album.
For this lifestyle photo series, it was important for me to pick up on that very nineties hip-hop skate vibe. With wide-angled perspectives as well as the rich colors you know from skate videos and hiphop tracks like Busta Ryme's - "Gimme somemore" - I wanted to create this mood.
